A barn with a difference. Built with strength and practicality in mind, our Hancox Barn offers excellent ventilation, ensuring a constant flow of fresh air throughout. With ventilated soffits and windows at the back of every box, your horses will benefit from a healthy and well-ventilated environment. The insulated roof is essential, keeping the barn cooler during the summer months and promoting horse welfare and comfort. The white lining of the roof helps reflect natural light, eliminating dark or dingy areas and creating a brighter, more uplifting space. For an added touch of elegance, the barn features sliding doors at both the entrance and back of the building, with glass in the upper half, providing a striking entrance that enhances the barn’s overall aesthetic and adds that undeniable “wow factor.”

The Hancox Barn measures 36ft 4″ wide, with 12ft deep stables on either side of a 12ft wide passageway. You can choose between 12ft or 14ft wide bays, which can be transformed into multiple stables in the different styles we offer at Hancox. And let’s not forget the feed and tack rooms, or even an office—all kept under one roof. This versatile design ensures your stabling project meets all your needs while providing a comfortable, functional, and spacious environment for both horses and handlers.
