Unlike mass-produced kits, a Hancox system is a precision-engineered architectural addition. Our in-house team ensures that every custom-made component is seamlessly integrated into your structure, guaranteeing the structural integrity and safety that only a bespoke fit can provide.

No. All Hancox steelwork is Hot-Dipped Galvanised to British Standards (BS EN ISO 1461). This process creates a thick, protective zinc coating that prevents corrosion from the inside out. For clients seeking a specific aesthetic, we can also powder-coat the steel in any RAL colour over the galvanised base for double protection.

Absolutely. This is where our bespoke manufacturing shines. Because we don't just sell "off-the-shelf" kits, we can manufacture adjustable wall starters and custom-length panels to account for the quirks of older barns or stone buildings, ensuring a flush and safe finish every time.
